The celebration across the street is still in full swing, even as we speak. Living in a very particular part of town, it is happy and cheerful; peppered with the occasional shout … ¨Vive La France¨.
It does hurt. I no longer have her by my side singing ¨The Marsaillaise¨ today, but then again her values, her dignity and those of our beloved France continue to live on in my heart, in my mind and in my deepest HOPES. Spread them around:
